About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Lahore. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Sales) to streamline workflows.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisions.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in IT, finance, or supply chain).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
